- Understanding location
Learning about the location of your future project is crucial. It determines your choices and the boundaries within which you should design. It is not to be confused with planning legislation relevant to the location because that can always be challenged.
Location includes geographic longitude and latitude, climate, nature, all existing features, existing networks, solar aspect, the wind rose. Location specifics are to determine the needs for the area complementary to its neighboring precincts.
