This hilltop development created a liveable environment that capitalizes on the landscape potential of the site, provides for a diversity of housing, and integrates community, health, and recreation. Such an environmental idea provides a ten-star energy rating and full fire protection. Since the design has been rejected by the local council, the location and the client are undisclosed. This area will be conventionally developed and the idea of the grass houses is yet to wait better times.
